Annie

Our Daily Grace!!!

June 28, 1971 – On this day, Aileen Marie Quinn was born and the world was graced.

Aileen Marie Quinn is an American actress, singer and dancer. She is best known for her role as Annie Warbucks in Annie.

Little Orphan Annie is a daily American comic strip created by Harold Gray and syndicated by the Tribune Media Services. The strip took its name from the 1885 poem "Little Orphant Annie" by James Whitcomb Riley, and made its debut on August 5, 1924, in the New York Daily News. The plot follows the wide-ranging adventures of Annie, her dog Sandy and her benefactor Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks. Secondary characters include Punjab, the Asp and Mr. Am. The strip attracted adult readers with political commentary that targeted (among other things) organized labor, the New Deal and communism.

In celebration of the Aileen Marie Quinn, Amazing Grace is transformed as Annie.

Disgust

Our Daily Grace!!!

June 24, 1979 – On this day, Mindy Kaling was born and the world was graced.

Vera Mindy Chokalingam known professionally as Mindy Kaling, is an American actress, comedian, writer, and producer. From 2005 to 2013, she played Kelly Kapoor in the NBC sitcom The Office. In addition to acting in it, she was a writer, executive producer, and occasional director. Recognition for her work on The Officeinclude a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series in 2010.

Disgust is highly opinionated, extremely honest, and prevents Riley from getting poisoned — both physically and socially. She keeps a careful eye on the people, places, and things that Riley comes into contact with — whether that's broccoli or last year's fashion trend. Disgust always has the best of intentions and refuses to lower her standards.

In celebration of the birthday of Mindy Kaling, Amazing Grace is transformed as Anger.
